- Arizona Theatre Company is launching a new production of Sam Shepard’s play “True West”, the story of two adult brothers with very different ideas about how the world works. Mark talks with the Zack Fine, Rhett Guter and Jenn Thompson, the central actors and the director about the powder keg of emotions they must create on stage with every performance.

- Meet Iranian-born artist Nazafarin Lotfi, the founder of the Hamrah Arts Club, a place in Tucson for refugee women from places like Afghanistan and Syria to create and begin the next chapter in their lives. Lofti's story is on a new AZPM series called State of The Artz.

- And, find out about the little-known history of Mariana Martines, a composer in the 18th and early 19th centuries who was friends with Mozart. Andy Bade interviews choral conductor and recent UA graduate James Higgs, who uncovered the manuscript of a mass composed by Martines, that is now receiving its modern premiere in a concert by the UA Symphonic Choir on April 28th.
