London Rocket

Experts recommend adding this edible weed to your diet.

The abundant winter and spring rains in the 2018-2019 season led to a profusion of plant growth in Arizona, including free and healthy edible weeds which experts recommend we add to our diets. The London rocket – a member of the mustard family- is one of them.
